We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Additionally, any seals or protective layers must remain intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Our dedicated support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value to ensure its safe return to us.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos or additional information to assess the damage and expedite the replacement process.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, licensing restrictions, or other factors. These include but are not limited to software, downloadable products, and personalized/customized items.
